Seeking an Executive Director to drive business value and enable realization of business strategy through digital, data, and automation solutions.
The Executive Director, International Commercial Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for the Behring, Seqirus and Vifor International Commercial teams, as well as the Behring Europe Major Markets and Canada Cluster. This role will drive business value and enable realization of business strategy through the deliberate application of digital, data, and automation solutions and platforms.
The incumbent will be responsible for helping business stakeholders realize business outcomes while furthering the evolution of the CSL future-state technological landscape to enable enterprise value and establish a more robust, agile, and innovative technical, digital, and insights-rich environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep knowledge of Commercial business across Behring, Seqirus & Vifor, including Commercial Business Capabilities (current and future), and build positive relationships throughout.
* Establish a trusted advisor relationship with Commercial stakeholders to advise and guide on business technology/digital/data solutions to enable realization of outcomes and deliver business value.
* Establish strong relationships across business stakeholders & peers to facilitate improved support of business outcomes from technology, digital, and data solutions.
* Drive alignment of stakeholders – business & IT – with integrated Commercial City Plan.
* Drive an enterprise mindset with stakeholders – business & IT – as well as focus on delivery and realization of enterprise value from portfolio investments.
* Ensure definition, plan alignment, and execution of roadmap to provide for Commercial Business Platform needs.
* Align service partner on priorities and investments as well as delivery of quality of service/availability of key capabilities and services.
* Inculcate an enterprise mindset and enablement of enterprise value through team and across I&T.
* Accountability for driving evolution of I&T operating model and facilitating continued maturity of the organization.
* Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing organization.
* Financial stewardship and responsibility for their organization.
* Fiduciary accountability for their portfolio, including tracking of business value achieved through the I&T portfolio and services.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 10+ years of progressive experience within the commercial and digital or technology environment, demonstrating continued growth and span of experience.
* 5 years of experience delivering business solutions and/or technology platforms, with a strong focus on commercial related processes and solutions, including experience in regulated environments.
* 5+ years of experience working as a business partner, directly engaging with business stakeholders to prioritize needs and requirements.
* 3+ years demonstrated experience delivering solutions at a global enterprise scale.
* 5+ years of experience managing global teams.
