Mother’s Systems Engineers engage with an extensive portfolio to provide organisations in the private and public sector with complementary and fully-outsourced support services. Whether our clients have on-prem, hosted, or hybrid systems, our business is built on service. From the Datacentre to the Desktop, our aim is to provide our customers with unrivalled, personal, 1st class support. In pursuit of that, we are expanding our support team in Aberdeen.

Is This You?
Ideal candidates will have sound computer and associated technology skills with an aptitude for problem-solving. Industry experience in an IT Support role will be very advantageous but not essential.
Candidates must be well-presented and possess good personal communication skills, as you will liaise with our clients in the business community on a continual basis. We can teach you everything technical, but you must be an effective communicator.
You will be professional in all aspects of work and gain the respect of your colleagues by being methodical, calm under pressure, and logical in your approach to troubleshooting, eager to satisfy project deadlines and target SLA’s.
You will want to develop and become a recognised master of your profession. Mother will train you both internally and externally, providing ongoing remuneration review for your recognised achievements and contributions to the firm.
Successful candidates will be based at our Aberdeen office and routinely deployed to our customers' premises. A full driving license is essential.

1. Be a recent graduate or have a demonstrable background in IT
2. Possess good personal skills
3. Be an effective communicator

5. Possess a positive and professional attitude towards all aspects of work
6. Be eager to develop and contribute to the success of the company
7. Possess a Full Driving License
8. Be in easy commute of our Aberdeen office
