As an Estates Manager your role is at the heart of the Property business model. As well as being a member of the Estates Team, the role will deal with key income streams for the group and will work closely with the Retail Estates Lead.

Job Description
This role is a Manager (M2) salary band
In your role as an Estates Manager you will...
8. Have day to day responsibility for the estate management of circa 275 public houses plus associated assets covering all divisions in a designated region
9. Work with external agents and solicitors to minimise establishment costs e.g. service charges, insurance, rent and business rates
10. Manage rent review programme in a professional disciplined and commercial manner working with external agents/solicitors
11. Manage all lease renewal/exits to ensure timetables and processes are strictly adhered to ensure renewal of sites identified for retention
12. Acquisition of freehold interest of assets current leased into the Managed estate
13. Support the Asset Optimisation team on HAUV transactions including disposal or granting commercial leases
14. Supporting and managing the smooth transfer of businesses into/out of the managed divisions
15. Landlords consent for capex projects
