Trainee Inspector – 1x Fixed-Term, full-time role available. As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, Trainee Inspector to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets. The role is fixed-term with a starting salary of £26,796 a year, rising to £29,221 after key competencies of the role are met. Criteria for Role: To be successful in the role of Trainee Inspector you will have a commitment to work towards a Level 4 qualification, HNC construction or other a relevant subject, and a basic understanding in Health and Safety (SMSTS, CSCS or IOSH). About the role The role of Trainee Inspector is a pivotal role as you will have the ability to build close personal relationships, creating an environment for honest and challenging conversations. Working alongside colleagues including Inspectors, Surveyors and Team Leaders, this roll will also support with the effective delivery ofour responsive maintenance service, to ensure that Tai Tarian maintain homes to the necessary standards by effectively.
