We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Operations team based in Needham Market. Please note this is an office based/hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
As the administrator you will support the Unit management team in all manner of administrative duties and to ensure that business objectives and contractual obligations, terms and conditions are met. Ensuring compliance where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily reception duties, incoming/outgoing postal system
2. To assist with the organisation of building facilities services when required
3. Process weekly timesheets
4. Stationery stock control and procurement.
5. Maintain general filing system
6. Perform timely contractual invoicing
7. Administrate for the staff in all aspects of PPE, vehicles, paperwork and general office support
8. To assist managers with audits both external and internal.
9. To ensure that all project files are prepared and completed in an accurate and timely manner
10. To ensure the local purchase requisition tracker is maintained.
11. To suitably and properly represent the Company both in quality of work and customer service
12. To liaise with both internal staff and external customers regarding meeting facilities and booking process
13. To liaise with installation and engineering teams ensuring completed paperwork is returned in a timely manner
14. To liaise with Sub-Contractors as requested by the manager
15. The post-holder may be required to be part of the building fire marshal team
16. The post-holder may be required to train to become a first aider

Your Profile
Essential:
17. GCSE’s or equivalent including English & Maths (Grade C & above)
18. Previous admin experience
19. Competent skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
20. Ability to work to deadlines
21. Good organisational skills
22. Good communicator
23. Ability to prioritise
24. Good telephone manner
25. Confident
26. Self-driven
27. Confidentiality
28. Works well under pressure
29. Right to live and work in the UK
Desirable:
30. SAP experience
31. Good numeracy skills
32. Full driving licence
