40% of food that is produced never makes it to a supermarket shelf and gets lost along the supply chain. We exist to stop this. The profile we’re looking for
Skills 🤹
* A thrifty development approach to ship solid MVPs at speed
* Able to build scalable enterprise grade software from scratch
* Completely full stack; strategic overview from conception to delivery of the end-to-end software architecture
* User-centric design, with an eye for detail in UI/UX to create experiences that are intuitive and engaging whilst also functional
* A total wizard in the stack of your choice for front and back end development
* Expert at managing complex relational databases
Experience 🌍
* Built software that has since scaled with speed and stability
* Led/owned the process to scale a product or software
* Worked on ML/AI based products or features
* Worked with APIs, webhooks, and data normalisation
* Bonus: understanding of UK food system and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Ways of working 🤓
* Excellent communicator, with the ability to deal with non-technical stakeholders
* Knows how to work with early-stage tech businesses, identifying problems, solving them, thriving with uncertainty.
