Distribution Account Manager Location – Cutwel Ltd (Head Office) Job type – Full Time Reports to – Channel Distribution Manager Positions Available- 2 Job Summary Distribution Account Manager We are looking for 2 Distribution Account Managers to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and resellers. This role focuses on driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and optimising distribution strategies to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage long-term partnerships with new and existing distributors and resellers. Act as the main point of contact, providing support to drive sales. Conduct research on both new and existing customers in the database to identify growth opportunities. Find and onboard new sellers in the third-party sector. Develop and implement discount structures to boost sales. Gather market insights to refine product offerings and strategies. Work with the marketing team to provide branding and promotional materials to partners. Skills & Requirements: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
