Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a National business looking for Assistant Accountants to join their Service Charge Team.
These roles are office-based just outside Bournemouth. Experience working in Service Charge would be advantageous although people with finance experience, especially in construction or property, will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Manage a portfolio of lodges to complete year end accounts, service charge budgets and bank reconciliations in accordance with the CEM workflow.
* Deal with any queries the auditors raise.
* Where required, management of critical Right To Manage (RTM) lodges as determined by the Service Charge Accounts Supervisor.
* Complete the financial onboarding and offboarding of Lodges (CRL & Non-CRL).
* Ensuring Financial handover is completed and opening balances are posted.
* Be responsible for organising new developments utility contracts.
* Assist Service Charge Accounts Supervisor with systems reviews and process change.
