Zachary Daniels have an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities administrator/ coordinator to join a well established and successful organisation. Seeking a highly organised and motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. This role will be key in driving the growth and management of the companies portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence in negotiating property contracts, identifying commercial opportunities, and working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
Facilities Administrator/ CoordinatorKey Responsibilities:
Identify and assess commercial property opportunities and collaborate with the Operations Director and MD to secure and manage contracts.
Source and develop commercial units, working with landlords, property agents, and legal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Manage and negotiate contract terms, lease dates, Heads of Terms, and any necessary changes, ensuring adherence to P&L targets.
Coordinate and oversee refits, and other commercial related projects in collaboration with the operational teams.
Ensure that maintenance and projects are identified, coordinated, and executed based on feedback and site visits.
Set, agree, and monitor project timelines, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are identified and involved from the beginning to completion.
