What the Job Involves Your role as a Tenancy Management Officer involves managing a 'patch' of tenancies across various tenancy types, ensuring effective tenancy management and positive outcomes for tenants. You will assess and manage risks, engage with tenants from an early stage, and collaborate with multi-agency partnerships. Your work will contribute to preventing homelessness, ensuring residents are adequately supported, and maintaining quality record-keeping. You will deliver a risk-based approach to tenancy management, support fire safety strategies, and participate in service development and case conferences. Additionally, you'll act as a resource across Tenancy Services and complete tasks as instructed by management.
