Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Account Handler: *Not limited to
Client Support and Relationship Management:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries and support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
* Assist Account Executives in managing client relationships by addressing routine questions, requests, and administrative needs.
Policy Administration and Documentation:
*
* Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate insurance documentation such as policies, endorsements, certificates, and renewals.
* Handle policy changes, renewals, and adjustments as needed, ensuring all documentation is correct and up-to-date.
* Process endorsements and mid-term adjustments in accordance with company guidelines and client requirements.
Renewals and Client Retention:

* Manage the renewal process by gathering information, preparing renewal submissions, and negotiating terms with insurers.
* Ensure timely and efficient completion of renewals to retain clients and minimize coverage gaps.
* Assist in presenting renewal terms to clients and explain any changes in policy coverage or premium.
Claims Support:
*
* Provide administrative support during the claims process, including submitting claims on behalf of clients.
* Liaise between clients and insurers to ensure a smooth claims experience and timely resolution of issues.
* Track claims progress and update clients on the status of their claims.
