Role : HR Advisor (L&D focussed) Location : Cardiff (Hybrid – 3 days in-office) Salary : £28,000 per annum Contract : Permanent Key Responsibilities: Respond to day-to-day HR queries from colleagues and external stakeholders Deliver engaging training sessions and induction programs to onboard and develop staff effectively. Facilitate workshops and learning initiatives to enhance employee engagement and leadership skills. Evaluate the success of training and development programs, making recommendations for improvement. Support workforce planning by identifying skill gaps and aligning training to organisational goals. Manage training records and track development activities to ensure compliance and progress. Provide HR advice on policies, procedures, and employee relations as needed. Assist in general HR administration, including updating HR systems and supporting employee queries. Manage organisational development projects, driving change and supporting continuous improvement. What you’ll need: Proven experience in training delivery and L&D, or HR generalist roles. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proactive and organised approach, able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in analysing workforce data to inform decision-making. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving improvements.
