Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Primary School are looking for a warm and caring Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming school community. Your role will focus on supporting children in a nurturing way, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.
This role complements the work of our teachers and may vary from day to day. You will work in 1:1 situations, cover small groups and provide general classroom support. You will work with children who have varying needs, from SEN needs to behavioural and emotional needs.
We are part of, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
You will be working for 13 hours per week, term time only from 8.30am to 3.30pm on Monday and Tuesdays. This is a temporary role currently available until 31st August 2025.

* Provide personalised support to children, helping them feel safe, valued, and understood.
* Work closely with teachers to create an encouraging learning environment where every child can flourish.
