SAFC specialises in providing fun, interactive & safe capacity building supports, in both group and community settings – for participants between the ages of 9 – 25 yrs old.

About the Role:
This multifaceted position is responsible for coordinating back end processes to ensure the delivery of high quality services to people with disabilities accessing SAFC services. Overseeing daily operations and administrative functions and collaborating with the Disability Services team members, the role also involves assisting with recruitment, payroll, compliance and billing.

Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be at the heart of helping us create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where young people can learn new skills, explore their passions, and be active members of the community.
Experience in NDIS Billing and Scheduling will be highly considered.

Key Responsibilities
* NDIS Participant Billing including Service Agreements, Addendums
* Track NDIS expenditure for clients
* Coordinate staff work rosters with client schedules to ensure logistically sound and efficient rostering that meets both staff and client needs.
* Work closely with Disability Services Team to ensure accurate and timely allocation of supports matching the client’s preferences
* Check weekly invoices from agencies against client roster. Prepare payment requests once confirmed as correct.
* Safeguard and promote the rights and well-being of every client so they are recognized, respected, protected and fulfilled.
* Experience in NDIS Billing is necessary
* Knowledge of SCHADS and Roster Practices
* A Current and Valid Driver’s License & Full Comprehensive Insurance
* Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
* NDIS Workers Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* Current Police Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module “Quality, Safety and You” Certificate
