Job Title: Electromechanical Coil Winder

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM & Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for BPSS Clearance. Must have resided in the UK for 3 years minimum and be able to provide 3 years of employment history.
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled Electromechanical Coil Winders to join a well-established and industry-leading manufacturer based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company known for its high-quality components and precision engineering. As an Electromechanical Coil Winder, you will play a key role in the electro-mechanical assembly of various components, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coil winding, forming and insulating stacks, loading coils, and performing essential soldering and brazing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performing coil winding with precision and accuracy
2. Forming and insulating stacks as per specifications
3. Loading coils onto assemblies
4. Conducting soldering and brazing work as required
5. Working with a variety of small tools to complete delicate assembly tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in assembling small components within a manufacturing or engineering environment
2. Coil winding experience is highly desirable but not essential
3. Proficiency in using hand tools such as circlip pliers, standard pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers, scrapers, Swiss files, and other precision instruments
4. A keen eye for detail, excellent dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a hands-on role
