We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Executive to join our friendly Supply Chain Team based in East Kilbride. We are looking for an experienced individual to provide best in class supply chain service to MMI customers-managing order transactions and relevant customer and internal reporting, identifying and actioning on key improvement service-related areas. You will work closely with the Customer Supply Chain Partners and Commercial colleagues to support our internal stakeholders relevant to MMI customers. Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. The rotational shift pattern ranges are 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm - 5 over 7 days. Supply Chain Executive - key responsibilities will include: • Support the provision of a level of service to the customer relevant to the contractual service level commitments and expectations of the agreements in place. • Carry out service related tasks and communications with customers including service level reporting, issue resolution and event planning (e.g., Christmas peak, Easter, Promotions). • Execute all service level related reporting (internal/external) for allocated customers, acting proactively on any negative trends and seeking resolution. • Maintain Customer Data files to support up to date customer information (e.g., contact details, ordering arrangements) relevant to the supply chain activities of MMI to support the wider internal teams communicating any relevant changes (e.g., new stores / SKU changes) to the wider business and managing the business change accordingly. • Customer order management (AS400/SAP); new and ongoing customer setup. Daily audit ensuring order are in on time and aligned to the volume expectations as well as expected delivery points, highlighting any issue internally and with relevant customers to resolve accordingly. • Support and represent Customer operations team with attendance at relevant internal meetings cross functional teams relating to daily service and provide subsequent coverage post meeting.
