Location: Windsor Office We’re looking for a full-time, passionate Client Relationship Coordinator to join our amazing team and to act as the central support for all incoming leads, handling administrative tasks and lead processing and ensuring the smooth operation of reactive sales activities. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Management & Processing - Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and leads. Qualify leads based on agency criteria and distribute. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead data. Proposal & Pitch Support - Prepare initial proposal templates, collect relevant project information, and draft client-facing documents. Coordinate proposal timelines and submission deadlines. Administrative & Project Support - Manage client onboarding processes, including contracts, briefing documents, and compliance checks. Maintain commercial trackers, including revenue forecasts, lead conversion data, and monthly reports. Client Communications Support - Schedule and organise client meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action points. Handle basic client communication for routine queries and project updates. Handle all Commercial Administrative tasks Market Research & Insights - Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and venue sourcing when needed. Support marketing activities such as event announcements or client newsletters. What We’re Looking For: A “can-do” attitude and eagerness to take on challenges. Proven work ethic with experience in events, admin, or customer service. Creativity, collaboration, and a great sense of humour. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
