A Tech firm is seeking an IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) to provide client management support to the wider business. As an IFA Client Manager, you will support across the following:
1. Be a point of contact between clients and your colleagues.
2. Gather information (new and historical) on individual clients.
3. Keep records of communication with colleagues, clients, and third parties, whether that's verbal, written, or electronic.
4. Collaborate with financial advisers to collect data for the preparation of financial reports.
5. Evaluate client objectives to identify and target the most suitable solution.
6. Draft and present suitability letters to financial advisers, focusing on specific company policy and current regulations.
7. Assist financial advisers by obtaining information about business processes, taxation, and other relevant areas that may be useful for the client.
8. Perform duties in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority's rules and regulations.
9. Monitor financial industry trends and developments to better serve client needs.
The two prerequisites for this role are:
1. 6 Months minimum IFA admin experience.
2. Must have experience in a customer service/admin role within the financial services sector.
Due to the location of the role, candidates who can drive are highly sought after. This role is a hybrid model, and therefore the successful candidate can work from home a few days a week.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000.
