Good level of education. To be competent in all aspects of administration tasks and have good organisational skills Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time). Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access). Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills.
