About you We don't require any experience for this position, all training is provided however we do ask; You're able to work as part of a team You have a range of communication skills Confident in assisting with personal care, moving handling Compassion and integrity to treat people with dignity and respect A full UK Drivers Licence is essential The Role This role includes sleep ins, flexible hours can be discussed at interview with shifts typically earlies, late's and sleep ins Working as part of a well established team. This role requires hands on support workers who like to really get to know the people they support. Please note this position will involve evening, weekend and bank holiday shifts.
