About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in HR and administration within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Maintain employee records and update databases
Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare HR documents and reports as neededRequirements:
Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
