Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)

Our Support Workers provide 1:1 support to our Aged and/or Disability clients across Hobart working alongside our dedicated team of Nurses, Community Support Professionals, and other partners. This role provides our clients with their clinical and day-to-day support needs to reach their goals.
Whilst experience in the sector is preferred, on-the-job training is available to help you jump-start your career. A Certificate III or IV in aged care or disability is desirable but not essential as we have plenty of shifts for non-qualified workers!
The successful applicants will have a commitment to excellence, and an ability to work independently and within a team structure. You must be philosophically aligned with our vision and values and be able to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
What you will need:
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Smartphone with internet access
* Proof of Working Rights in Australia
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English
* Highly skilled in the use of different technologies and open to new learning programs
* High levels of empathy and a good understanding of business operational needs
