MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Beauty Consultant, you are a LOEWE Ambassador. Your mission is to achieve your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers. As a member of the LOEWE team, you represent the brand values towards the customers.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
1. Sell LOEWE products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale.
2. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping.
3. Identify, understand and reformulate the customers' needs.
4. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers on fragrance.
5. Propose additional products within category.
6. Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program, sampling, etc.
7. Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis.
8. Educate customers on LOEWE products and on the LOEWE brand.
9. Participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels, report any issues to Counter Manager to ensure there is sufficient stock.
11. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
