3. Complying with Health and Safety rules, Food Safety, and Hygiene regulations.
4. Maintaining a high degree of cleanliness.
5. Training junior chefs.
6. Completing food hygiene documents to comply with the law.
7. Managing inventory and keeping stock control.
8. Supervising all food preparation.
