Responsible for:
The post holder will be responsible for the operational coordination and administration of all qualifications. The role will relate to pre-enrolment verification and processing, student status tracking and student progression. The post holder will also undertake the creation of courses in the CRM and maintaining the CRM accuracy relating to qualifications. The successful candidate will have responsibility for all student communications, ensuring they are accurate and professional.
Liaison with other members of the Education Services team is key to ensure all deadlines are met and tasks are executed to a high and professional standard. The role forms part of the whole Education Services structure and during busy periods, it is expected that support is provided to the overall priority tasks.
Job context:
IPP Education offers a range of educational services including qualifications up to level 7. The post holder is responsible for ensuring the effective administration of our programmes and support to our learners and tutors, promoting excellent customer service to IPP Education customers and business departments.
Major responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to all IPP Education learners, employers, and tutors
* Coordinate a variety of conflicting timetables
* Conduct pre-enrolment verification checks including prior experience, qualification evidence, and funding
* Liaise with academic partners regarding student funding
* Ensure the CRM is accurately prepared for enrolment bookings to be processed
* Co-ordinate delivery of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
* RPL assessment organisation, including the processing of logins and results
* Processing and tracking student withdrawals and deferrals
* Invigilation of proctored exams
* Tracking student registration and progression
* Maintain all ISO 9001 processes for the education services team
* Maintain effective and professional stakeholder relationships
* Support the Education Services Project Executive to achieve the overall departmental strategy
* Monitor conflicting priorities to proactively ensure delivery of these
Particular Challenge:
The main challenge is to maintain a consistent high standard of administrative provision whilst faced with demanding deadlines and conflicting timetables. The Education Services team is responsible for a large proportion of IPP Education's portfolio and can face challenging deadlines. The post holder will need to remain focused on the tasks to be completed.
It should be noted that this role is expected to evolve and, as a result, the job specification will be reviewed at the point of annual appraisal.

Other activities
The post holder may be required from time to time to undertake other duties to assist the CIPP with its strategy objectives. This role also requires occasional travel, overnight stays, on-call, and weekend working.

Terms and Conditions
Salary: £24,500-£27,000 per annum gross
Working week: 37 hour working week (full-time)
Annual leave: 26 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays)
Location: Office-based, Solihull (Hybrid working on Tuesday and Friday)
