Speech & Language Therapist
Salary: Up £48,500 per annum, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience:
A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc or MSc).
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Desirable: Membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
Additional certifications in neurorehabilitation or dysphagia management are advantageous.
Experience in evidence-based practice and clinical assessment.
Strong clinical reasoning skills and knowledge of relevant assessment tools.
Ability to work independently while supporting team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Work autonomously within a specialist clinical area, receiving support and supervision from a more senior Speech and Language Therapist for complex cases.
Apply the latest neurorehabilitation models, integrating current research findings and best practices into your work.
Manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs, employing evidence-based practices and service user-centred principles.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, considering the individual's environment and future plans, to create tailored intervention strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary.
