Job description
Prospero Teaching is looking for an experienced, motivated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to support children with social and emotional mental health challenges.
The school is for students in Keys Stages 2, 3 and 4 with an Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP) identifying SEMH. Successful candidates will be able to diffuse and manage challenging behaviours as well as build positive relationships with hard to reach children.
The position is open to all experienced those you have a background in youth work, sports coaching, support work or have any other experience of mentoring children and young adults. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.
