About the role Investments Marketing provide global marketing of our investment capabilities, which we provide to institutional, wholesale and individual investors. The specialisms covered by our team include Brand Strategy, Insight, Communications Planning, Marketing Digital Solutions, UX, Data and Analytics and Marketing Risk & Governance. The Senior Insight Manager is a significant role for the team and the business. You will provide specialist insight leadership that elevates the voice of the client business-wide and ensures that client and market insights inform brand, marketing and client planning and measurement across all our products and channels. The purpose of this role is to define, design and deliver a regular insights and benchmarking for abrdn that will: Benchmark abrdn’s market position relative to competitors and provide gap analysis on priority factors Deliver in-depth actionable client insight for marketing and leadership teams Measure brand health and equity for abrdn Investments Provide leadership on client insight at all levels Manage valuable and productive relationships with specialist external suppliers, including Broadridge Maximise insight from other data sources (CRM, UK, Ops, Social Media, Website, Search) Provide a clear and consistent insight narrative to senior stakeholders on a regular basis Ensure client and market insight is embedded into marketing and business planning Convene virtual teams to collaborate with other specialists to drive action from insight About the candidate Proven track record in delivering voice of client/insight programmes for large and/or complex organisations Ability to condense analyse, visualise and summarise large volumes of data for simple and effective delivery and engagement Can translate data and insight into practical actions and recommendations for stakeholders Extensive experience working with secondary data points such as Broadridge, CRM, UX, Ops, Social listing etc. to add depth to client and market insight and provide combine VoC narrative to business Knowledge of client experience and/or journey measurement Long term brand tracking/equity experience Strong agency management skills including procurement and onboarding Our Benefits There's more to working life than coming home with a good salary.
