Sales & Office Administrator Liverpool (Hybrid working) Concerto (Part of Bellrock Group) are searching for a Sales & Office Administrator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Page Break Key Responsibilities: Office Co-ordination Support the office's daily operations, which include managing postal duties, welcoming visitors, and coordinating meeting rooms. Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels. Assist with office maintenance by coordinating with suppliers and contractors as necessary. Help manage office logistics, including scheduling and organising meetings and internal team events. Organise and maintain filing systems and noticeboards (both physical and electronic) to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to various teams, including Sales, Operations, and general management. Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinate with IT to arrange necessary equipment and workspace. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for senior staff. Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and post. Support the preparation of presentations and other required documentations. Remain adaptable and flexible in assisting other departments as priorities shift. Finance and Reporting Support Support the preparation and processing of invoices and follow-up on outstanding payments. Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports. Aid in preparing f inancial reports for stakeholders. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tasks, coordinating with finance and credit control departments to ensure the smooth flow of financial transactions. Skills & experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management tools. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formula creation. Versatile and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast -paced environment while managing competing priorities and shifting tasks. Understanding of financial processes and invoicing. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
