As a Neighbourhood Gardener, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the grounds of our properties to a high standard, ensuring our customers live in well-kept and pleasant environments. You will be part of a customer-focused team, efficiently carrying out various grounds maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include using strimmers, ride-on mowers, hedge cutting, litter picking, and spraying. You will uphold high standards and take responsibility for all equipment and health and safety requirements. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding and familiarity with a range of operational digital systems. You will gain increased practical working knowledge of grounds maintenance works. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to act as a mentor to trainees and apprentices, sharing your expertise and supporting their growth. We are looking for someone with experience in the horticultural industry who can operate the relevant equipment and holds a full driving license. You should have good problem-solving and communication skills, as well as basic competency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Teams.
