Job Description
As a Payroll and Accounts Specialist, you will join a team who are responsible for successfully delivering on time, accurate and compliant Payroll processing for Bosch UK: 19 Payrolls across 14 divisions, totaling 4500 associates.
1. You will be part of team who are responsible for the Payroll process from start to finish (data input, calculation and balancing), including working with multiple customers with varied deadlines.
2. You will be part of a global HR Services Function, working closely with key contacts in our Hub in Budapest, along with local UK customers across multiple Bosch locations.
3. You will provide support and advice to a variety of internal customers and ensure that requests are handled within Service Level Agreements.
4. You will analyse data, utilising tools such as Microsoft Excel to identify anomalies in Payroll data.
5. You will have a strong continuous improvement mindset with a drive to standardise and automate processes where possible.
Qualifications
Essential:
6. Quality focused with high attention to detail.
7. Excel experience with strong numeracy skills.
8. Ability to be self driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferable:
10. Previous experience in a Payroll function.
11. Background in working as part of a wider HR Service function.
12. Experience using SAP or similar Payroll systems.

Working Hours : Hybrid working with approximately 2 days per week in the office
39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs - and Fri - with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
