We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Description
Provide administrative support for HR executives
Organise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Support the recruitment process
Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Produce and submit reports on general HR activityProfile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field
Outstanding communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong organisational skills with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary proceduresJob Offer
