The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely allocation of customer receipts, resolution of internal and external queries regarding payments and or past application of payments. This position supports Treasury and Collections by handling payment queries and reconciliation of accounts. The role. .. Manage all aspects of cash allocation to all US and EMEA customer portfolios. Provide support to remaining non-dedicated accounts, in conjunction with other team members. Support includes, but is not limited to raising intercompany journals, assist with unapplied cash, assist Treasury to resolve unreconcilable items. Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve payment queries. Reconcile customer accounts. Contribute to the team's mission to improve cash flow and drive down unapplied cash. Process cases and emails in line with communicated SLA’s. The ideal candidate. .. 1 year of recent, relevant experience with cash allocation, account reconciliation, accounts receivable or payable, preferably in a SaaS environment. Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP system) and Salesforce is a plus. Experience in dealing with external customers, over the phone/email. Must be comfortable with contacting external clients for dispute resolution. Excel skills (x-lookup, v-lookups, sum-ifs, pivot table, etc.) to be able to create and manipulate reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills Sense of urgency for addressing internal and external customers’ needs. Meticulous attention to detail.
