Due to significant growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Adviser to join our dynamic group. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional financial advice to our clients.
Your role:
* Providing comprehensive financial advice to our clients, including investment, retirement, protection, and IHT/estate planning.
* Assist clients in understanding and recommending appropriate financial products and services.
* Conducting in-depth financial assessments and developing customized financial plans.
* Maintaining and building long-term client relationships.
* Staying up-to-date with financial markets, products, and industry trends.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:
* Minimum Level 4 financial adviser certification (e.g., DipFA, DipPFS or equivalent), with a preference for those working towards Level 6 Chartered status.
* A proven track record with at least 3 years in a client-facing financial adviser role.
* Experience with financial planning software and tools.
* Strong knowledge of complex financial planning, investment management, and taxation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
