As a Customer Base Marketing Lead at Kainos (Workday products, you will be a driving force behind our customer marketing plans, closely aligned with commercial priorities to support our growth ambitions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing campaigns & advocacy that resonate with our existing clients. Reporting to key stakeholders, you'll leverage your extensive experience and commercial acumen to amplify customer marketing's impact on our business. Building strong relationships with internal and external partners, you'll serve as a trusted advisor. Customer Base Plan Ownership: I mplement marketing strategies and plans aligned with commercial priorities for Workday Product Customer base. Customer Insights: Leverage customer data and insights to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviours, and use this knowledge to develop targeted /segmented marketing strategies. Campaign Creation and Activation: Manage the creation of campaigns, customer newsletter and content that resonate with our customer base, activating them across multiple channels to achieve objectives. Cross-Selling and upselling: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for Workday Products and develop marketing strategies that promote additional products or services to existing customers. ROI Measurement and Reporting: Take ownership of marketing effectiveness and ROI, reporting on campaign success and activities for your area. Customer Advocacy : Partner with customers to identfiy and tell compelling stories across channels including case studies, webinars and event talks. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and effectively communicating customer marketing strategies. MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS : Proven experience in a senior marketing executive role, with a focus on campaign development and advocacy. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights. An understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Strong creative thinking and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different customer segments. Results-oriented approach with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and preferences. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. DESIRABLE: Degree or Higher in Marketing, Communications, or a similar, relevant discipline. Event management and project management. Understanding of generating leads and managing them through qualification. Broad technology experience and a sound awareness of technology trends and their potential impact on current & future marketing plans.
