Immediate Start for 6 MONTHS duration with an end date no later than 6th August 2024.
Responsibilities:
* Assessment and management of in-patients on Care of the Elderly wards.
* Attend multi-disciplinary ward meetings.
* Attend out-patients and assist in-patient management.
* Fulfill the duties of the weekly timetable including out of hours responsibilities.
* Participate in Clinical Audit.
* Participate in departmental Education and Training sessions.

Applications are invited for the post of Trust Doctor in Eldercare at West Cornwall Hospital. A good level of postgraduate NHS work experience would be an advantage. Applicants will be required to have experience of working within a medicine related specialty for a minimum period of 12 months. You will require current ALS (or equivalent) and will also be GMC registered with a licence to practice. The experience will be equivalent to a training post. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the substantive posts within the Trust.
