An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring and confident nanny to care for a 7-month-old baby near Tiptree, Essex.
This lovely family is seeking a warm, energetic, and down-to-earth nanny to provide nurturing care and support for their baby’s early development.
The ideal nanny will have previous experience caring for infants and a gentle, thoughtful approach to childcare.
The successful nanny will be responsible for providing attentive and loving care to the baby, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This includes managing the baby’s daily care needs such as feeding, changing, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Additionally, you will engage the baby in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, outdoor walks to enjoy fresh air and nature, and planning outings to encourage socialisation and developmental growth. Attending groups and organising activities to promote the baby’s social and learning opportunities will also be key aspects of the role.
You must be a careful and confident driver with a clean license and your own fully insured car. Duty mileage will be paid.
The successful nanny will be experienced with baby care, proactive, and have a genuine passion for working with babies and children.

Job Details
Location: Near Tiptree, Essex.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nanny required.
Training Required: 12 hour Paediatric First Aid and Enhanced DBS (update)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Childcare (or equivalent), baby experience essential.
Hours of Work: 12 hours per week, which can be distributed over two or three days, with flexibility to choose your preferred hours.
Additional Hours: May be required, to be agreed upon in advance.
Days Required: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Pets in the Home: The household includes a cat, dogs, as well as chickens, ducks, and geese on the property.
Driving Required: Yes
Job Start Date: May 2025
Pay: £15-£18 Gross per hour depending on experience.
Benefits: Annual zoo pass.
