We are looking for a new People & Culture Lead at Millennium Support, we will provide an annual salary of up to £40,000 plus many more great benefits!
Starting as one service in Featherstone in 1998, we are now a growing and forward-thinking organisation with services across the Yorkshire and Warwickshire area that specialises in supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex trauma on their journeys through life and in the community. From transitioning from hospital to a safe new home, to fostering friendships and building skills, we offer person-centred support, tailored to support individuals no matter their circumstances.

The People & Culture Lead plays a vital role in helping us fulfil lives of both the People We Support and the People We Employ.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of advisors and administrators within the HR team.
* Coach and develop business leaders and managers in all HR-related matters.
* Partner with services to manage KPIs of attrition, absence and engagement.
* Lead on employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition initiatives.
* Ensure legal compliance of PWE and functional compliance.
* Own and develop competitive reward propositions.
* Handle higher-level ER case management where applicable.
Minimum Requirements:
* A caring and compassionate nature towards the People We Employ and the People We Support.
* Be a role model, ambassador and lead on Millennium’s core values.
* Ability to build and maintain employee engagement.
* Ability to conduct challenging conversations and approach conflict resolution.
* Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multi-faceted tasks.
* Working knowledge of UK employment Law, policy and procedures that ensure fair and non-discriminatory delivery.
* Experience of working in people facing roles within a health and social care environment.
* Experience of leading an operational team with successful outcomes.
* A Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant qualification.
* Holder of a UK drivers license and access to a vehicle.
