Requirements Office Location: Peterborough Duties/Responsibilities: Sales Operations Conduct joint visits to select key customers or dealers. To oversee the final commercial conditions of all sales. To report regular product forecast updates to Director and lead yearly product forecasting process. To oversee the shipment plan and manage delays or issues. Systems Input orders received and ensure correct and values match those of agreement via communication. Ensure orders are placed within the SAP/ C4C systems to ensure timely delivery. Monitor SAP and Weekly build and shipment information to maximise on time delivery. Manage and report weekly current stock holding at Teksan UK Manage and update expected deliveries for Teksan UK. Ensure Teksan UK stock orders and plans are updated monthly. Process all warranty claims for approval with Teksan HQ. Ensure all service reports are filled in an stored in MS sharepoint. Marketing To support procrement of equipment and giveaways for fairs, events and conferences. To identify new fairs, events or conferences to build Teksan Presence. To support product marketing activities and campaigns via Social Media. To support updates via CRM or via communications of product releases, campaigns and Teksan events. Office Operations Support finance manager in processing of Collection and Delivery notes. Ensure all payments for services are submitted for approval ahead of due date. Manage suppliers of services to Teksan UK Ltd such as Forklift, Vehicles and Internet. Review and approve sales team expenses inc fuel cards and expense cards. Manage the order process for office supplies inc stationary and cleaners. Property Maintenance inc repairs. Qualifications Graduated from relevant departments of Universities (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration) Fluent in spoken and written of English, 5 years of experience in operationmanagement, 2 years of experience in marketing, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, 3 year of experience using SAP systems. 3 year of experience with CRM tools. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to take the initiative and work independently. Proven experience in developing management reports and presentations. Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of contractual agreements. A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service. We are looking for a Sales and Operation Manager.
