Responsibilities:
Champion the development of Labour Modelling and Workload Planning, focusing on strategy, roadmap, and budget to drive prioritisation.
Define and articulate detailed product requirements and development goals, addressing constraints while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Engage in the complete product lifecycle process, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to delivery.
Act as the voice of customers and internal users, understanding their needs and advocating for solutions that benefit both parties.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Leverage data to inform decisions, evaluate effectiveness, and maximise value for customers and internal users.
Challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions for the long-term roadmap.
Proactively identify opportunities and challenges within the business or technology landscape.
Conduct market research to suggest innovative ideas and solutions to business challenges.
Uphold our Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and diligence at all times.
Key People and Teams:
Work closely with Engineering Teams, Customers/Internal Users, Stakeholders, Other Product Managers, and Analytical Teams.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in Product Management, particularly with Agile methodologies and Product Lifecycle Management.
Strong Stakeholder Management and Business Analysis skills, with a knack for capturing requirements.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated Change Management and Decision-Making capabilities.
Solid forecasting skills to anticipate trends and guide product direction.
Familiarity with Labour Modelling and Workload Planning is a plus!
