EA/Office Manager - Amsterdam Temp to Perm Salary DOE My client, a global financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their Amsterdam office starting ASAP on a temp to perm basis. This is a very busy and fast-paced position, ideal for an experienced EA to utilise past experience and who would be able to hit the ground running. The EA/Office Manager will be responsible for providing first class EA support to some MD’s and team members working within a fast paced environment, in addition to ensuring the smooth running of the Amsterdam office. The successful EA/Office Manager will be preferably fluent in English and Dutch and come from a Financial Services background. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Complex diary management across multiple time zones Travel arrangements including drafting of itineraries and booking flights for Executive and wider team Deal with all office related issues including managing suppliers Process expenses and other administrative duties Ad hoc support with projects and research WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Prior relevant EA experience is required Able to work at a fast pace, with regularly changing diaries Proactive and driven to deliver high-quality support Fluent in Dutch and English - desired Experience in banking, finance or professional services Excellent written and verbal communication skills REF: AJL92033 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
