We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager role.
This on-site role in Milton Keynes drives efficient and profitable F&B operations, managing restaurants, bars, and banquets. Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring quality and revenue maximization.
2. Leading staff, ensuring training and a positive work environment.
3. Maximizing guest satisfaction.
4. Optimizing revenue through menu planning and promotions.
5. Managing F&B budgets and controlling expenses.
6. Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
7. Developing efficient operational procedures.
Qualifications:
1. F&B Operations and Revenue Management experience.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. F&B sales and marketing experience.
4. Financial management knowledge (F&B budgeting/cost control).
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Hospitality Management degree (F&B specialization preferred).
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
