Role Summary As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Hillsong UK’s central office and wider church operations. This role involves maintaining office facilities, overseeing health & safety compliance, managing general queries, and supporting the Operations Department with administrative tasks. You will also serve as the first point of contact for visitors and external service providers, helping to create a welcoming and organised environment. - What You’ll Be Doing Facilities and Health & Safety Management Coordinate with Hillsong’s outsourced health & safety company, facilitating training and ensuring a safe environment for staff and volunteers. Conduct office health & safety inductions for new staff members. Schedule health & safety audits and fire risk assessments with external providers. Arrange repairs and maintenance for Hillsong UK locations by liaising with contractors. Work with the facilities management company to ensure all buildings are compliant, serviced, and well-maintained. Manage fob access for staff and visitors, including conducting periodic audits. Carry out weekly and monthly fire & safety checks for London offices. Office Administration Provide a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, deliveries, and general enquiries. Manage shared email accounts and process online orders for operational needs. Serve as the main point of contact for office cleaners and waste collection services. General Operations Support Ensure offices and shared spaces are always clean, organised, and presentable. Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and expenses related to facilities and venue management. Manage monthly vehicle administration, including MOT and tax renewals. Perform weekly CRM database updates to help people get connected to church life. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance tools (e.g., Xero, SAP). A customer service-focused mindset with a professional approach. Knowledge of health & safety and facilities management best practices. Knowledge Familiarity with Hillsong Church’s mission, values, and events. Basic understanding of administrative and facility management processes. Awareness of biblical principles and alignment with Hillsong’s values.
