As a personal assistant, you will provide a supportive, energetic approach to help me with many aspects of my life including attending social events such as music gigs, football matches, the cinema or occasional shopping. I also need support with my communication, emotional and behavioural needs. I like to access activities on Wirral and local surrounding areas but most importantly have company and support. These duties may vary daily depending on my activities and mood so I am looking for someone who can be flexible.
The kind of person I’m looking for:
You must be reliable, kind, caring and easy going. You will need to have a good sense of humour and have similar interests to mine such as football and sports. It would also be good if you are proactive with me in planning ahead for activities/days out and helping me to access local community interests.
I experience difficulty with my communication so you must be respectful of this and be patient as I can make myself understood. I am looking for someone who has a friendly disposition, re-assuring and calm nature but also enjoys sports, music and having fun. You must be able to work comfortably and confidently with me, respectfully providing support. You must be able to adapt to my needs and be vigilant to ensure my safety at all times.

- A car and appropriate insurance
- Great communication skills
- Good humoured individual who have a genuine passion for supporting and empowering others.
- A positive attitude.
- To fit in with my family dynamic.

- I will need someone who is able to re-assure me and help me achieve my goals step by step and at my pace so that I do not find it overwhelming.
- Be proactive enough to promote progression and independence whilst acknowledging the importance for stability and routine
