Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strategic mindset and strong leadership abilities. This role involves managing social media campaigns, optimising digital engagement strategies, and coordinating a high-performing sales team to ensure smooth execution of lead generation and conversion efforts. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement creative social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand visibility on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
* Create, manage, and analyze content performance, ad campaigns, and audience growth strategies to optimize customer acquisition.
* Coordinate and oversee a small sales team, providing leadership, motivation, and training to improve outreach efforts and maximize lead conversion.
* Build and maintain effective communication between social media marketing and the sales team to ensure streamlined customer journeys.
* Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, assess trends, and refine marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
* Engage directly with potential customers via social media, fostering relationships and improving customer experience.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and healthcare marketing to drive innovative strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a D2C, healthcare, or digital marketing environment.
Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience managing and coordinating a small sales team, with excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools, CRM systems, and sales automation software.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive performance.
