Our client is 2 years into a 5-year expansion programme and is a specialist distributor of Pumps, Valves, Tubes, Fittings, Tank Equipment, and Product Recovery systems. Specialising in dairy, food, beverage, brewery, and personal care, they are looking to expand their sales team with the appointment of a Technical Sales Manager. The appointed Technical Sales Manager needs to have a background in Hygienic Pumps or Valves in order to play an integral role in the company's growth.
You will be working with the Internal Sales Team and other colleagues to ensure the efficient utilisation of the sales resources while promoting products and services to new and existing clients throughout the UK. Experience with Centrifugal, lobe, progressive cavity, and twin screw pumps is essential.

* Knowledge and understanding of financial concepts used within the sales function of the business to include profit markup & margins.

* Desirable: able to use SAP Business One (Training will be provided)
* Preparation of quotations for Capital Equipment
