We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive our commitment to high-quality support, helping people with disabilities to secure and retain meaningful paid employment. As a Team Leader, you will: Lead the management of a team of Employment Officers to achieve performance objectives and contribute to the business plan. Deliver comprehensive support to enable people to find and maintain employment within their local community. Actively promote our service to internal and external partners, including the local labour market. Engage in strategic planning, development, and marketing of our services, providing clear information to senior management and promoting our objective. Address routine and complex issues locally to ensure effective service delivery.
