About Us HR Lifecycle Team Leader You will play a key role within the HR Lifecycle function of the organisation, responsible in leading the Lifecycle Team and their journey from candidate, to employee, with a focus on driving continuous improvements and reporting on performance. About The Role Pay Details: Grade 6 £27,334 - £29,777 Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours a week flexible working pattern Main Place of Work: You will be based at Civic offices, but this will be blended with home working, working in other council buildings and site visits throughout the Vale as necessary. Description: This opportunity will enable you to oversee the delivery of high-quality HR transactional support services relating to the employment ‘Lifecycle’ from recruitment, contract generation, advice on terms and conditions, contract change and terminations. You will ensure an excellent candidate experience through a positive employer brand and effective process. Your impact will be felt through a reduced time to hire, improved candidate satisfaction scores and positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders. You will support the HR Lifecycle Manager in reviewing current processes and investigating new ways of working through attendance at networking events and through external learning including webinars and seminars that will impact HR and support the Vale in future-proofing recruitment. About You You will need: You will have a Relevant Higher-Level Qualification (e.g. degree, CIPD L5, etc.) or relevant experience within a Corporate environment. You will have a positive, optimistic and “can-do” approach to work together with a proactive attitude to delivering change within an organisation. Experience of working with an ATS system (Talentlink/Oracle etc.) would be advantageous.
