Proclinical is seeking a Laboratory Equipment Coordinator to manage and maintain laboratory equipment and inventory. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory activities, including equipment setup, maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain inventory of impellers and baffles in the UK hub.
2. Arrange repairs for STV equipment.
3. Set up laboratory equipment and vessels.
4. Assist with shipping materials and equipment, and order glassware and consumables for chemistry and oligo labs.
5. Order and replace parts, organize planned maintenance, and plan long-term replacements.
6. Tidy up and order parts monthly, including swage lock components.
7. Organize planned maintenance of PAT tools.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols while working in the laboratory.
9. Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, Quality, cGMP, and regulatory requirements in all work aspects.
