About The Role We are looking to strengthen our Construction Delivery team with a Construction Administrator based in either Derby or Coleshill with hybrid working available. You will report directly to the Senior Construction Manager and your role will support the site teams in ensuring that they have access to the correct documentation via the BIM system, as well as co-ordinating the review and approvals of CPP’s, RAMS and authorisations. The role holder will also support the site teams in troubleshooting any IT issues, ensuring access to our systems is undertaken in a timely manner and working with the Project Engineers to ensure that construction related documentation is in place. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Site Management team with administrative activities Setting up of projects on BIM360. Point of contact for queries regarding BIM and construction activities. Provides guidance to site teams and site managers for both BIM and documentation support. Coordinates flow of docs during the construction process Liaises with the Document Controllers over Rev Z drawings. Carries out QA checks on documentation prior to uploading Uploads documents onto the relevant systems and manage the responses Monitoring and tracking RAMS, CPP and Authorisation reviews Producing data for site performance, including site audits, improve it’s and action tracking. About You Essential Proven experience in a construction admin role High level of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other IT systems such as BIM or similar. Excellent communication skills – including the ability to speak to colleagues at all levels. Highly organised with an attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritise own workload, able to work effectively to deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and team worker Experience in use of SharePoint and/or a quick learner/problem solver. Desirable Experience in a similar role in a construction or related industry.
